Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using the DueNa app and website. By creating an account or using DueNa, you agree to them.
1. What DueNa does
DueNa helps you organize credit card Statements of Account. You can import PDF statements, review transactions, track due dates, split expenses, and record settlements. You need a DueNa account to use the app. We store the information you approve in the cloud so you can access it across devices.
2. Your account
You agree to follow these account rules:
- Create your account with a valid email address, or sign in with Google or Apple.
- Keep your password, device, and account access secure.
- Do not share your account or create extra accounts to get around usage limits.
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has allowed you to use DueNa.
- You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.
If you think someone has accessed your account, email supportduena@gmail.com. You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your account and its cloud data.

Keep these limits in mind when you use DueNa:

- DueNa does not move money, extend credit, or provide payment services.
- The information in DueNa comes from your imports and entries, so it may be incomplete or incorrect.

6. Cloud storage and availability
We use Supabase to store your DueNa data in the cloud. We take reasonable steps to keep the service available and protect your information, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or guarantee that data will never be lost.
We recommend exporting your data as a comma-separated values (CSV) file from time to time. This gives you a separate backup. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for data loss caused by outages, account deletion, or events outside our control.
7. No paid subscriptions
DueNa does not currently offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. We may change the features included in future versions. If we introduce a paid service, we will explain its price and terms before you choose to buy it.
8. Ownership and permission to use DueNa
We or our licensors own the DueNa name, logo, app design, and software. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use DueNa for personal purposes. This permission applies only while you follow these terms and the relevant app-store rules.

We do not promise that DueNa will always be accurate, available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, missed payments, incorrect imported amounts, or disputes about shared expenses.

12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of DueNa, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.
13. App-store terms
Apple’s terms also apply if you download DueNa from the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for DueNa or its content.
14. Ending your use of DueNa
You can stop using DueNa at any time by deleting your account in Settings and uninstalling the app. Deleting your account permanently removes the cloud data associated with it. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
The sections about warranties, liability, indemnity, and other obligations that must continue will still apply after your account closes.
15. Philippine law
The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Philippine courts have exclusive jurisdiction unless consumer protection laws in your country require a different forum.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when DueNa changes. We will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. By continuing to use DueNa after that date, you accept the updated terms.
